Marc D. Vitale, Esquire graduated from George Washington University in 1989 with a BBA and was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society.  He attended Villanova School of Law earning a JD in 1992 and is a fellow of the Temple Academy of Advocacy. 

Mr. Vitale has extensive trial experience while focusing on personal injury matters such as motor vehicle accidents, products liability, nursing home negligence, and construction site accidents.  Mr. Vitale also represents injured workers in workers' compensation matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  He  has an active commerical litigation practice representing businesses in a variety of commercial disputes. 

He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bars, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey.  He serves on the Shade Tree Commission for the Township of Lower Merion.  He is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Associations.  In addition he was appointed as a Judge Pro Tempore, Court Appointed Neutral Arbitrator, and Common Pleas Arbitrator in Philadelphia County.  Mr. Vitale is also a competitive Powerlifter and Sportsfisherman.
