Gary Brownstein, Esquire graduated from Temple University with a BA in Political Science and also attended the Temple University School of Law and graduated with a JD.  Mr. Brownstein has over twenty-five years experience litigating complex personal injury claims focusing on motor vehicle accidents, fall down accidents, legal malpractice, medical malpractice and nursing home negligence. Gary also handles a variety of Workers’ Compensation cases.

Mr. Brownstein has Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and U.S. District Court bar Admissions. He has been appointed both as an arbitrator and Judge Pro Tempore by the Philadelphia Courts and many private parties. He is a longstanding member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, The Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
